Seriously, I must be allergic.
And stress is EVERYWHERE!
In the shower, when the pressure is too high and water runs too strong and harsh.
It is in traffic when engines accelerate and car horns start a symphony next to nearest trafic lights.
In the water boiler which does not boil water fast enough.
It comes with people who do not mind the bus line.
With the wind which blows my hair into my face.
With the last peace of toilette paper on the roll.
Or... Maybe it is not out there at all.
Maybe it is all in my head?
What if I carry all that poison inside me?
Am I OK with that?
Are YOU OK with that?
Love to All.
I have got a really pretty gift from my friend who took such a lovely and kind care of me for the last few days.
Just have a look
I choose to see it as an encouragement to continue what I am doing.
I seriously believe in transformance. I want to spread this belief.
Love and POWER to All.
Is there anyone who tried the exercise from part 2?
It was very powerful for me.
To start with, it gave me back the CONTROL.
Because the biggest mistake, and a trap is to believe that REASONS of what we feel are OUTSIDE of us. That it is always SOMEONE ELSE to blame/or thank for what we feel.
But it is US who CHOOSE the reaction. The THOUGHT and the FEELING that follows.
It is very interesting to OBSERVE.
As for me, it made me question most of my emotional reactions to things that happen to me. To words that I hear.
It is not always easy to deal with this gift :)
Responsibility can be heavy to carry.
But MOST of the times it gives you FREEDOM of choice.
Choice NOT TO REACT emotionally. Keep calm.
Suddenly there is noone who is AGAINST you. Not even you yourself.
Loads of Love and a blessed Saturday to All.
When I change the way of looking at things I will also SEE them differently.
When I slow down I see the beauty of small things.
The quality of life changes.
The BIG PICTURE is important, so that I know which way to NAVIGATE, but it is those small things that make a difference on a daily basis.
Today, in a one million residents' city I met this little creature :)
Such a lovely reward for paying attention. Make the walking your exercise in mindfullness, not only transportation from A to B.
And have a lovely 'slow down' weekend.
Love to All.
It is amazong what our excited brain is capable of.
Like waking up before the alarm goes off after 3 hours of sleep.
Be well.
Love to All.
I survived day one after detox.
New (old) foods should be introduced slowly.
I started with an egg for breakfast and bolognese sauce with just a half glass of wine for dinner :)
Well done I think :)
I write despite this unhuman hour because tomorow I will be travelling. Yay!
My treats on the last day of detox were DATE BALLS, confused with chocolate balls by several Swedes and with “chestnuts” by one Pole. Funny, because the only common ingredient in both cases were the coconut flakes ;) Anyhow KICK ASS delicious, and raw! Confirmed by my Dear Husband who LOVES chocolate.
So, how is it done?
Soak a handful of cashew nuts and a handful of almonds
Chop about 10 dates
Add few raspberries
Tea spoon coconut oil
Tea spoon of hemp protein
And mix the whole thing together with a blender, not more than 10 seconds
Add sesame and pumpkin seeds (you can also save some chopped almonds and add them now if you want some crunch) after blending and roll into smaaaaall balls.
Roll them in coconut flakes and ENJOY!
Fresh like a Summer breeze!
Love and Calm Night to All.
Link to Part 1.
So maybe you don't really believe what I'm saying.
That if we FEEL bad we probably THINK bad and can CHANGE it by thinking differently.
If you let me, I will guide you through a very simple experiment. It will not take more than 2 minutes.
(Read through the whole instruction please before you start :)
Close your eyes for a moment and try to remember the last time you met someone really dear to you. Try to think about the whole situation: what you did, where you were, picture all this to yourself in your mind, and above all, try to remember how it made you feel.
Can you remember the feeling?
Try to stay with that feeling and this dear person for few seconds in your mind.
Then stop thinking of this person.
Is the feeling gone too?
Even if it is gone directly, you have just made yourself happy (or sad? or mad? or...?) only with the help of your own thoughts.
I told you that!
Love to All.
